Well, we’re still doing donuts near Scotland… No
sightings of whales (or Wales), just a few birds. The sun came out for a bit today, which is
pretty must as exciting as it gets around here on a ship full of guys and gals
hankering for Liverpool. Daily
excursions have been set by the Regiment for cadets to go on tours of London or
Liverpool, and also to enjoy themselves at a paintball tournament. For the extra ambitious, there are vague
plans afoot to go to the opening night of the final installment of “Batman,”
which apparently comes out in theaters on the 21st.
Word of the “shout outs” continues to circulate, and
today there are quite a few! Thank you
all, dear readers, for encouraging your cadets to so kindly stop by the library
to share a bit of news! Charles Ehret
sends his warmest to his grandfather: “Hi Grandpa!
I’m really excited for Liverpool!”
Kristen Wilson says “Happy 2nd birthday to Ava and Olivia; miss you and
love you!” Daniel Strahan would like to
say “Hi” to Mom, Dad, and Nicole. Last,
but certainly not least, is Joe Schuler, who says “Hi Mom! Love you tons! I’ll get you something nice in Liverpool!”
Cheers,
Books
