Librarian, Joseph Williams has recently published, as primary author, an article in the peer-reviewed, Journal of Interlibrary Loan, Document Delivery & Electronic Reserve, titled, “Interlibrary Loan in the United States: An Analysis of Academic Libraries in a Digital Age.” This study examined the rates and practices of interlibrary loan in the United States and its impact upon American academic libraries within the last decade.
