Great pictures. Really enjoy them, the only thing is, more would be better. Since we can't receive photos from the cadets, yours are most appreciated.

Keep up the great blog.

thanks,

Your blog is a great gift to the families and the cadets. Not only do I appreciate them but I save them and jpeg the pictures for my son. I have for the last 3 years. He never takes enough pictures and does not keep a journal. So these are his permanent record of his times on SST. He was really glad to have them. So a big huge thank you from the parents and cadets.

My son is a 2009 graduate and I still check in every Sea Term to look at the photos and to check the blog. Fond memories of seeing the TS Empire State off in May and especially of welcoming it back!! It was very emotional to watch the ship make it's way down the East River to the dock and to see all the cadets lining the ship and to think about the experiences they had while away. Good wishes to all families and to all those aboard!

Hi again from the parent of a 2009 graduate - Would like to also add a suggestion - google webcams for the port that the TSES is in. I was able to see the ship and captured some images of it in several of the ports as well as when it was leaving or entering. There were also local papers that may have taken photos or written articles on the ship. Use the internet and create a scrapbook for your child.
